Welcome to Blue Sky Heritage Eggs! As a proud local producer of pasture-raised eggs, we prioritize ethical farming practices that ensure our hens lead happy and fulfilling lives. Our girls have 24/7 access to the outdoors, where they can roam freely under the watchful eye of our protective and devoted Maremmas; Honey, Stella, Hunter, and Sonny.

By allowing our hens to roam freely, they can embrace their natural instincts through dust baths, sunbathing, and bug hunting, resulting in eggs of the highest quality for you.

Quality Assurance

Our farm adheres to strict quality standards, enforced by Safe Food Queensland, ensuring that every egg is fresh, nutritious, and produced sustainably. We do not wash our eggs, instead we dry clean every single egg by hand so that the "bloom" on the egg remains intact. The "bloom" is a natural coating that forms during the final stage of egg formation. This coating seals the eggshell and prevents any bacteria or contaminants from entering the egg, meaning that every single egg produced on our farm is as nature intended and deliciously fresh.
